MDS is Excited to Announce a New Office in Shanghai
Celebrating 10 years since the opening of the MDS office in Beijing and 16 years of developing leaders in Greater China, we are excited to announce the opening of an office in Shanghai. Led by Chen Heidenfeld, MDS BD Manager, the office has been established in order to better support our MDS clients and partners in Shanghai.
Chen joined the MDS Beijing office in 2010 where she led the team of business consultants. She is Myers Briggs Type Indicator®(MBTI®) accredited and has substantive knowledge of MDS leadership and sales development solutions more.

MDS Head of Executive Coaching is a Nominee at the Annual Women in Business Leadership Awards
We are excited to have MDS Head of Executive Coaching for Mainland China, Elisa Mallis, nominated for the ‘Working mother of the Year’ award and Cindy Jensen, MDS Executive Coach nominated for ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ in the upcoming Fourth Annual Women in Business Leadership China Awards. The candidates will be selected through an on-line voting process. The Leadership conference will be held on Thursday, March 29th in Shanghai where the winners will be announced.
