Miller Heiman methodologies are all about developing good practical habits for winning, keeping and satisfying clients. The focus over the next couple of months here in Hong Kong is Key and Large Account Management. Following the very well attended seminar at AmCham three weeks ago, we are running an in house seminar on LAMP – Miller Heiman's famous Large Account Management Process methodology. The seminar will introduce the summary 'gold sheet' and an outline of how this flagship methodology actually works in practice. Please note that the date for the seminar has now changed to Monday 5th September. On 15th and 16th September we will then be running a full public course in LAMP. We will also take a little time at the end to look at Sales Access Manager, which fits in well with most CRM systems
