With over 13 years experience in the advertising industry, Beth managed training and people development, regional training strategies, overhauled global orientation programmes and built initiatives to enhance corporate culture.

Caroline is one of the first ICF Professional Certified Coaches in Taiwan , and is a seasoned executive coach, business coach and personal coach.

 

Caroline has worked for more than 11 years with corporate companies, including 4 years as an Assistant General Manager in a restaurant business and 5 years as a training consultant. For the past 7 years Caroline has devoted herself to coaching, her clients have included Acer, Pizza Hut, HSBC Investment, AIG, UDN group, Formosa Regent, Siemens and Sun Rhine Enterprises.

Chris is a seasoned executive coach, trainer, and consultant specialising in the development and execution of strategy for senior managers of major corporations. Chrissie

Chrissie is an experienced executive coach, facilitator and consultant with over 12 years experience working with Managing Directors, General Managers and high potential professionals at senior level. She is a Taiwanese citizen and speaks fluent English and Mandarin.

 

Her corporate experience includes 11 years in the HR profession, which covered regional and global managerial responsibility in the semiconductor business and global managerial positions in the retail business. She also has more than 7 years experience in training and facilitation. Chrissie's areas of expertise cover leadership development, change management, performance management, career development and public relations.

 

Chrissie gained a first Degree in Sociology from the Tunghai University in Taiwan and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University in the US. Christoph

Christoph is a consultant and executive coach with a strong focus on business leadership. He has lived and worked in Beijing and Hong Kong for the last 6 years and coaches executives for business improvement. He has a particular expertise in cross-cultural negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills. As a long term resident in Beijing, he is an expert coach for helping newly arrived families settle in quickly.


Christoph has worked as a lawyer, a corporate turn-around specialist, and a banker. Since moving to Asia in 1999 he has worked on a number of assignments for foreign high tech companies setting up joint ventures or restructuring existing entities.


He is presently researching for his PhD thesis. He holds a Master of Law (International Business Law) from the University of Manchester, England, a Juris Doctor from the University of Hamburg, Germany as well as an MBA.

Gracemary

Gracemary joined the OI Partners Hong Kong team of executive coaches as clinical psychologist in 2005.

She practiced as a clinical psychologist in the UK National Health Service for 30 years. She was also a senior manager in a major NHS hospital where she gained extensive experience in planning, training and staff development.

Since her return to Hong Kong in 2000, Gracemary has held posts at the University of Hong Kong training clinical psychologists. She is presently serving as Acting Director of the Personal Development and Counselling Centre. She is also the honorary consultant of EVEN Centre (Counselling & Treatment Centre for Problem and Pathological Gamblers), Tung Wah Group and FOCUS Psychological Enrichment Centre, plus Honorary Assistant Professor, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Hong Kong.

Leah

Leah is a seasoned coach who currently works and lives in Shanghai. She specialises in career and cross-cultural training and consultancy for multinationals, the Cultural and Education Section of the British Consulate-General and the Shanghai Education Bureau. Her particular interest is the transference of western HR and training principles to Mainland China.

Leah has lived for over 14 years outside the United Kingdom, working in Paris, and in the People's Republic of China. Her experience includes working as a presentation skills consultant and university lecturer in British and American Cultural Studies.


With a B.A. (Hons) degree in Textile Design from the University of Leeds, UK, Leah gained an MSc in Training and Performance Management (distinction) from the University of Leicester, UK. Leah is a certified examiner with the British Council.

Liz

Liz is an executive coach with over 15 years' experience in Human Resources.

As Human Resources Advisor at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising (London) for over 10 years her role spanned the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, including the assessment of psychometric tests and managing the outplacements service. She also worked as a Careers Advisor with the Department of Employment and was key in introducing careers advice for adults using on-line psychometric assessments and one to one consultations.


Liz is a native English speaker and completed her studies in Business Administration at Brighton University where she gained a Post Graduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK). Sarah

Sarah specialises in MBTI® profiling and coaching clients through leadership development and change, including career exploration.


Sarah originally trained as a solicitor and later developed a career in marketing and project management. She has held senior marketing roles at the UK's largest cancer research charity and at the British Red Cross, where she scoped and implemented the first phase of a large-scale organisation wide change project. Setting ambitious long-term growth targets impacting on fundraising, communications, branding, service delivery and business systems, she made major contributions to the organisation's rebranding and long term corporate strategy.

Simon has been working as an executive coach and trainer in China for the last 6 years. In his wide-ranging career Simon has designed commercial chemical compounds for patent, written science and technology curricula for schools, and coached management consultants in presentation and project writing skills.


Simon has a first degree from Imperial College, London, a Diploma in Biotechnology from Leicester, and his D. Phil in Biological Sciences from Linacre College, Oxford. From his science background Simon has broadened his studies to include management and organisational behaviour.
