Barbara
Barbara is a seasoned management trainer with a strong sales and marketing background.

Daniel
Daniel is a very experienced training professional with a particular focus on change management, performance management and interpersonal skills training.
After a 15 year international career in banking where he gained solid management experience, he transferred into learning and development in a full time trainer role with the Bank of China. During the last 6 years he has worked with a variety of clients including BOC, PWC and City Telecom designing and delivering a wide range of training programmes including change, performance management, team building, coaching, motivation and communications.
Daniel has an MBA from HK City University. He is accredited to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Step I and II and is a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (IANLP).
Having passed the Corporate Trainer Qualification Examination, Daniel is recognised as a qualified trainer by the PRC Government.

Howard

Howard is an experienced trainer with extensive experience in identifying development needs, learning and development strategy planning, programme development and delivery.
Howard designs and delivers programmes including coaching and leadership skills, change management, time management, interviewing skills, performance management, HR management and team building.
Howard has worked in the HR and Learning and Development field for more than 11 years with corporations including Citybus, ACNielsen and Merck Sharp & Dohme. Howard has also delivered programmes for the Hong Kong Jockey Club, Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education and Deloitte.
With an Honours Diploma from the Lingnan University, Howard gained his Master Degree of Management in Human Resource Management from the Macquarie University of Australia in 1999. He is an accredited practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Step I & II, a certified trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Registered Hypnotherapist.

He has held senior management and sales positions in the executive search and telecommunications sectors in Korea, as well as having extensive overseas business development experience.
JS graduated from Seoul National University with BA degrees in English and Economics and has an MBA from Yonsei University. He is the author of two self-coaching guide books and is a senior facilitator and instructor of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®)and STRONG® instruments.

Jennifer
Jennifer is a registered Organisational Psychologist with fifteen years training and consulting experience in major corporations in Hong Kong. She has a lively style and is a skilled facilitator of experiential learning. Her specialist areas are management, presentation skills and communication. As a trainer and coach she has managed projects in management, leadership training and team building training. Her HR consulting work includes design and implementation of recruitment and assessment systems for client companies.
She is an accredited practitioner in MBTI® Steps I and II, all Saville and Holdsworth tools, NEO PIR® and Harrison Assessments®.
Jennifer’s clients include Inchcape Pacific, the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, American Express, Windy City and Financial Partners. She lectures on a visiting basis for universities in the UK, USA and Hong Kong.

Jonathan
Jonathan is a creative and energetic trainer with extensive experience in the PRC and the Asia Pacific region. He has designed and delivered over 100 programmes in key management skills including leadership, problem solving, communication, teambuilding and many others.
Jonathan has over 15 years' experience of both managing operations and developing people. He has worked with global corporations in pharmaceuticals and FMCG establishing training and development functions from scratch, both in Hong Kong and China. At present, he travels extensively across Asia and the Middle East to deliver training or projects to corporate clients
He has a Masters degree in Training from the University of Leicester and has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing. He is an accredited consultant for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Step I and II. For assessment and selection, he has been trained to use SHL instruments. Jonathan is a member of MENSA and is currently the Vice Chairman for the local Chapter in Hong Kong.

Paul
Paul, one of our international associates, is a learning and development specialist with more than 30 years experience of professional, managerial and consultant roles in HR and Learning & Development in a major global organisation. For the past 4 years he has worked as an external coach and learning & development consultant. His programmes cover a wide range of development areas including major change initiatives, behavioural skills, leadership development and executive coaching. Paul also designs assessment and development centres as well as assisting clients at all stages of the learning and development supply chain.
During a distinguished career with BP, Paul had postings across Africa, Asia, the Middle East and in Azerbaijan.He is a gifted cross-cultural specialist.

Robin
Robin founded MDS Ltd. in 1995, followed by OI Partners Hong Kong (part of the world's largest career consulting partnership) in 1998. He is a specialist trainer for senior management groups focusing particularly on leadership and teambuilding for top teams using the MBTI®, Leadership 360™ and EQ-i® instruments. He is also a skilled facilitator of experiential learning exercises.
Robin has over 25 years' experience of both managing operations and developing people. Following a first career in the Royal Navy, he specialised in Human Resource Development and worked in a range of industries from oil services to travel.
