Senior Consultants
Job Description:
We need confident, experienced senior consultants to join our small team delivering training and coaching assignments in the leadership and management development field.

Full time or associate positions are available in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai.

Person specification:

• 3 years' experience as a management trainer or coach
• 10 year track record as a manager (in any field)
• Accreditation in the MBTI® and LEA 360™ instruments (or willingness to become accredited)
• Degree holder, preferably with an MBA or similar Masters degree
• Proficiency in English and/or Chinese
• Very good presentation skills
• Self-motivated and outgoing
• Able to work independently
• Willingness to travel
