During a six month period the MDS team designed and delivered a substantial leadership programme for a major trading company. It consisted of 4 modules in People Management Skills delivered over a 3 month period.

This was delivered to over 700 grade 2 and 3 senior managers and managers located around the world. This was a major project involving 7 of the MDS Training Team (including 2 in Seoul and 1 in London ). Also 3 of the Hong Kong support team worked closely with the client to guarantee success of the logistics.

The modules were created specifically for the client. MDS therefore designed role play scenarios and characters to exactly suit the company. The programme culminated with assessment and practical exercises based on a case study which MDS wrote especially for the client. Skills training was enhanced by basing the programme around the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®. This focused on an appreciation of own leadership style plus an understanding of what motivates others.

The programme was delivered in Shanghai , Hong Kong, Seoul , Bangkok , Singapore , Manila , Jakarta , Delhi , Dacca , Istanbul , London , Oporto , New York and Guatemala .
