We have a strong team of highly experienced executive coaches offering one-to-one coaching focusing on long term behavioural change. Our coaches have expertise in a wide variety of areas including leadership development, change management, organisational effectiveness, business strategy, inter cultural effectiveness and communication skills.

The timing and method of your coaching sessions are arranged to suit your needs. However we have found that early coaching sessions are most effective face to face, with subsequent coaching often taking place by e-mail and phone.

For an effective coaching programme you will need a minimum contact time of 16 hours over a 12 week period. We offer maximum flexibility in pricing the coaching packages so you or your sponsor can decide which arrangement suits your need and your budget.

The OI Partners coaching model is particularly effective because it uses psychometric instruments (where appropriate) to help executives better understand their strengths and areas for development. These instruments include the excellent 360 assessment tool the LEA 360™ and in depth personality profiling using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®(MBTI® ).

Where appropriate we also use coaching workbooks which facilitate skills development in different leadership behaviours. These help you to plan and monitor workplace assignments as part of your development plan.
