- 8 days delivered in 4 modules over 6 months
- A simple MDS Online 360 assessment (pre and post course)
- The MBTI® personality profile
- A FIRO-B® or EQ-i® profile
- Experiential exercises for practical skills building
- Short case studies for intellectual development.
This integrated programme resembles a mini experiential MBA
