Advanced Selling Skills
This programme is for you if you have already completed a basic selling skills programme. You now step up to the next level using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) to understand how personality type affects your client's buying decision. You will learn how to modify your own selling style to suit your customer's preferences.

Assertive Communication
In this programme you explore your personal behaviour profile using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) and assess how assertiveness affects communication.
By the end of this programme you will be able to
- Avoid passive or aggressive behaviours and aim for assertiveness
- Learn to speak with firmness and respect
- Learn to say no and put boundaries around yourself
- Understand yourself and recognise your habitual communication style
- Recognise different personality types and the best style of communication to use.
Communication Skills
Communication is a core management skill. If you want to rise in leadership you will have to communicate exceptionally well. You will learn how to communicate in the key areas of management
− leading discussions, allocating work, giving feedback. You will use the MBTI® to understand personality
− the art of good communication.

In this action packed programme you will deliver many short presentations on the first day, then design and deliver a 20 minute presentation on
the
second day. The exercises are designed to turn your nervousness into energy. Then new skills enable you to plan creative material, deliver with clarity and confidence and energise your audience.

- Plan your material in a creative and entertaining way
- Deliver powerful presentations with confidence and authority
